State v. Moses Floyd, 1995
- Successfully co-defended sitting County Commissioner indicted for bribery and perjury.
- The perjury charges were dismissed; Commissioner Floyd was found not guilty on the bribery charge at trial.
State v. Unnamed Defendant, 2000
- Successfully defended against federal arson charges in the 1999 summer of fires.
- All federal charges were eventually dropped. This was the first fire of the summer which destroyed over 40 homes.
